I am a women’s health acupuncturist & nutritionist. I specialise in helping couples conceive naturally as well as supporting them through IVF and other assisted fertility treatments using a combination of acupuncture, functional testing and nutritional support.

I help with preconception care, unexplained infertility, male infertility, endometriosis, PCOS and menstrual problems – lack of periods, heavy periods, painful periods, PMS, the perimenopause, the menopause and beyond.

I support women throughout their pregnancies and help them prepare for birth and to recover after birth from postnatal depletion and depression.

Using both acupuncture, functional testing and nutrition together gives me the chance to really make a difference to key stages in women’s lives. It’s a fantastic tool kit of ancient and up-to-date medicine for women today. Each element of women’s lives are ruled by the fantastic interplay of our monthly cycle. How we think, feel and best manage our work, love and home life? I often feel women stumble into their pregnancies, motherhood, the peri menopause and beyond without having had the time or knowledge to be fully present and prepared. Knowing how to get the best out of our health and well being; what to expect, how to prepare and how to rebalance when we don’t feel our best; can bring joy, groundedness and vitality to each of the huge life events we go through.

I’ve been working closely with women and men in Fulham for over 15 years and have been a wellness practitioner for more than 20 years.

I completed a 4 year training in TCM and 5-Element Acupuncture at the College of Chinese Medicine in Reading in 2005 and have continued my professional development with leading practitioners in gynaecology, hormonal, fertility and obstetric care.┬áTo further my knowledge I completed a diploma in Naturopathic Nutrition at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2012. I’m a member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAaC) and the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT)
