I am a cognitive behavioural hypnotherapist and reflexologist who works with women to help them swap stress, self-doubt and anxiety for calm, confidence and self-compassion. I’ve been working in the world of wellness for over 7 years, supporting women in reconnecting to themselves and prioritising their happiness so that they can feel empowered, peaceful and energised every single day. It fills me with joy and gratitude to be able to share the tools that supported my own journey through depression and anxiety as I know first hand how powerful and healing these practices can be.
I work online for hypnotherapy; helping women to get to the root of their anxieties, breaking down limiting beliefs and introducing more positive and supportive ways of thinking. By using focussed attention to create fundamental shifts in the subconscious mind you’re able to break negative cycles and improve confidence and self-esteem.
My reflexology practice focuses on stress management and supporting women on their journeys into motherhood ~ from conception, through pregnancy and after birth. I’m also deeply passionate about supporting mothers through baby loss, offering time to heal and a moment of respite from their grief. I offer home visits throughout London, so women can be treated in the comfort of their own homes.
