Ceri Jones is a professional chef with a focus on simple, healthy and delicious food accessible to all. Having trained at the Bauman College for Holistic Nutrition and Culinary Arts in Berkeley, California in 2014, Ceri has gone on to head up the kitchens at many health and wellbeing retreats, works part time at the Garden Museum in London, as Food Learning Officer and became a member of the Guild of Food Writers. In her own words “Retreats are my thing. I have been specialising in catering retreats for over five years now and have catered 50 retreats in that time”. Ceri really takes the stress out of the food side when it comes to retreats making her a dream to work with and handles everything from negotiating with supermarkets on the cost of the goods to managing serious allergies all on the pursuit to plating up delicious, healthy meals. She has worked with a wide range of well-known influencers including Tally Rye, Rhiannon Lambert and Alice Liveing through the retreat company Replenish You, as well as working with the retreat companies such as Stretching the City, and The Reset. Ceri also specialises in corporate workshops: Working with a variety of spaces (no kitchen required!) workshops make for a post-work social event or lunch-time learning session to encourage staff to take time out for themselves during the working day.
