I have worked in the wellness industry for 8 years.

Having burnt out in the TV industry I was signed off work in 2015. I became a yoga teacher in order to create more balance in my life and this sparked a huge journey of self-growth.  I now run retreats all over the world, have been living in Bali for the last 3 years, I run an online yoga membership and am also a self-worth coach.
