Tess Jewell-Larsen, Yoga & Wellness Coach, uses the principles of yoga on and off the mat to craft a holistic approach to work privately with coaching clients, with small group sessions and with companies in her online studio and in person, depending on the client’s location and requirements. She emphasizes breath support, mindful movement, stress management, nervous system resiliency, mindset shifts, and taking small steps that build up.

In addition to being a yoga and wellness coach, Tess enjoys spending time hiking in the mountains and along the coast with her husband, family and friends. She also loves cooking, gardening and cuddling with her adorable, yet mischievous cat, Pippin.
