Having worked in the corporate world in events and project management Katie is fully aware of the stresses and time constraints of every day life and how this can impact everyone’s wellbeing. Since leaving her corporate role Katie has been on her own wellness transformation, which has included both mental and physical changes.
When working with clients Katie’s aim is to help them to feel the best versions of themselves and support them in the areas of their life where they are struggling. She does this by coaching them to make small sustainable changes to their habits there are cumulative positive impacts to their wellbeing that they often didn’t realise were possible.
Katie offers a one hour free discovery session where you’ll discuss what things in your life are negatively impacting your wellbeing and where you are feeling stuck. This session provides an opportunity to see what it’s like to work together.
Katie usually works with clients on a weekly basis for 6-12 weeks, providing you with tools that you will be able to use long after the sessions end. Sessions take place face to face (at a mutually agreeable location in London) phone or online.
