Katie Edwards is a fully qualified nutritionist who studied at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION) for four years, graduating with a distinction in Nutritional Therapy. And she hasn’t just stopped there, Katie regular undertakes courses and further training to make her the best possible Nutritionist she can be and this comes across in her consultations where she backs up all her explanations of potential nutritional imbalances with scientific research. Not a believer in fads or deprivation, Katie works with her clients to create sustainable plans that they enjoy. Specialising in helping women improve their digestion, calm their anxious minds and feel comfortable in their own skin again, Katie deals with a range of issues from hormone imbalances to boosting energy.
Katie has also successfully completed the Applying Functional Medicine in Clinical Practice (AFMCP™) foundation course with the world-renowned Institute for Functional Medicine.
