Emmy Brunner (She/Her) is based in Brighton (UK) and is a CEO, Empowerment & Results Coach, Creative Consultant, Bestselling Author, Psychotherapist and Hypnotherapist with more than 20 years of experience in the business, coaching and clinical worlds.

Throughout her career, Emmy has discovered extraordinary patterns in the ways we are conditioned to respond to challenges. It was this insight that led her on a mission to help clients leverage their lived experiences, realise their human potential and lead more fulfilling lives.

When she is not working with individual coaching clients or hosting group programs, Emmy trains and continues to mentor her intimate team of talented accredited coaches.
