Our business Joyful Valley Coaching is 1 year old. It was co-founded by Rachel Martins and Sarah Schmidt so that we could empower and support people as they work to create the life that they truly desire. This includes working towards goals (personal and career), improving and deepening relationships, improving health and well-being, and simply feeling more joyful and fulfilled in life.

Our practice in general life coaching, which means we work with anyone on any goal they wish to accomplish, any change they wish to create, and any path they wish to forge.

We are based in Western Massachusetts, but our coaching is done online via Zoom, so it is available literally anywhere in the world!
