Bella Kristiansen Yoga
Bella is a certified yoga instructor in London and Surrey, travelling to clients’ homes to bring them a healthy dose of zen during their day. Bella starts the practice with a guided meditation, and gently leads clients through the movements and postures – always catering to their level. She practices, Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin yoga and ends her classes with a guided meditation. Bella can also conduct all her classes via zoom.
