After the program, you’ll feel confident, calm, and content with yourself and your life, feeling capable of doing what you put your head to and managing daily stressors. This will set you up for success, whether it’s in life, well-being, or work.

Besides the course, Jenny offers tailored made coaching programs to help you reach optimal health and performance. She has a bachelor’s degree in Sport and Health Promotion, is a Certified Holistic Health Coach, and is a Hintsa Performance Certified Coach, trained by some of the best in the field. She specializes in positive psychology and is a yoga teacher, bringing all her knowledge together to offer her clients the best.
