In 2020 I qualified as an NHS accredited Well-being Coach, wanting to learn more I graduated from The College of Naturopathic Medicine in London at the end of 2021 as a Holistic Health Coach also NHS accredited. I currently hold 1:1 consultations online both throughout the UK & worldwide. I’m truly passionate about helping you through times of high stress & anxiety that is preventing you from moving forwards & achieving the life you want. I know from personal experience it can feel and be so overwhelming it’s hard to know where to begin on your own journey to find true health & well-being so together we work to overcome the blocks, to give you the tools, knowledge & motivation to live a more vibrant, less stressful life.
The approach I take to your health & well-being is realistic, holistic & individual, taking into account the whole 360 picture of what’s going on in all areas of your life including your health history, nutrition, movement, stress, sleep, overall health & wellness plus more. Together we co-create a bespoke health plan to build on your health, vitality & balance, improving your overall well-being in a timescale that works for you & your lifestyle that is equally manageable & enjoyable. We are all uniquely different in body, mind & spirit & I invite you to leave behind any of the misconceptions of what it means to be healthy and to embrace listening to your own unique inner voice, what works for one doesn’t for another.
