Nancy Trueman
I have been working in the wellness industry for over five years, with a dedicated focus on sound healing and Restorative Yoga. Based in London, my work extends internationally, offering deeply grounding experiences that invite rest, relaxation, and a return to the body. My teaching is rooted in presence and the art of slowing down. I’ve completed my 500 hours of yoga teacher training, including studies in breath-work, meditation, and sacred sound.
My classes weave together traditional yogic breath practices, guided meditation, and immersive soundscapes designed to gently support the nervous system and nourish the mind, body, and soul. I specialize in Restorative Yoga, Restorative Aerial Yoga, Gentle Hatha, and sound meditation—approaches that all prioritise receptivity, softness, and healing. In every session I lead, the soothing resonance of sound is at the heart of the practice, helping students to reconnect with their inner stillness and open into their heart space.
