Hi, I'm Nicola - Health Coach (IIN), specialising in helping ambitious women in their 40s and 50s reclaim their energy, strength, and confidence. I qualified with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and am continuing my studies in Health Coaching and Nutrition with the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM), combining up-to-date science with a holistic approach to wellbeing.
My coaching focuses on supporting women through the transitions of midlife, navigating hormone changes, weight shifts, low energy, and increasing demands from career, family, and life. I take a personalised approach, blending nutrition, movement, mindset, and sustainable habit-building, without quick fixes or extreme methods. My goal is to help women feel stronger, more energised, and more in control of their health than ever before.
I am based in Jersey and UK, but work with work with clients online and in person via private coaching and online courses, providing tailored support and step-by-step guidance. Whether you want to feel amazing in your clothes, run your first 10k, lose stubborn weight, or simply feel like the best version of yourself again, I offer a structured yet supportive approach to help you get there.
As a mum of three gorgeous boys, runner, tennis player, and lover of all things active, I know first-hand how transformative the right approach to health can be in your 40s and 50s.
