I am specialised and certified to teach yoga to women at different stages of womanhood: from pregnancy to postnatal to perimenopause/menopause. I specialise in women’s yoga because all of these stages of womanhood are transformational: no woman should journey through them without information, advice and support. And that’s what my yoga classes offer. I share information so the women understand what is happening to them. The sessions incorporate yoga to ease the aches and physical issues associated with each stage of womanhood as well as strengthening her both physically and emotionally to support her as she journeys through each stage. I teach one-to-one in person and online. I live in Central London.
