Hello, I am Jessica May, a dedicated Pilates instructor, registered nutritional therapist, and wellbeing retreat host. Formerly a Fashion Buyer, I said goodbye to the desk and hello to the mat in 2014. Driven by my desire to empower people and help them build strength in both body and mind I am lucky to have travelled the world, teaching in prestigious studios across London, Hong Kong, and Dubai. I am now fully settled back in the UK with my husband and two young children.

My true passion lies in guiding clients towards ultimate wellness through the power of movement and nourishing food. I advocate for a new approach to diet and exercise—one that is personalised, enjoyable, and sustainable, eliminating restrictive diets and excessive workouts.

So, whether you're looking to strengthen your body, improve your nutrition, or simply take a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, I am here to guide you towards a healthier, happier you.

I am a highly qualified and experienced Pilates instructor, with a passion for helping my clients achieve optimal health and well-being. My journey in the world of Pilates began in 2014 when I trained at STOTT Pilates. Since then, I have consistently expanded my knowledge and skills, completing additional training in Xtend Barre, Paola's body barre, Total Barre, STOTT Reformer Pilates, and Lagree Megaformer. I also specialises in prenatal and postnatal Pilates after training with BodyHack in Dubai.

With ten years of teaching experience across three continents, I have honed my craft and developed a distinctive and unique teaching style known for an unwavering emphasis on precision form.

In addition to Pilates I have also studied Personalised Nutrition at the prestigious Centre of Nutrition and Lifestyle Management, alongside my Degree, at Middlesex University. Graduating in 2020, I am a Registered Nutritional Therapist with BANT and CNHC, specialising in women's health.

My mission is simple: to be your partner in becoming the best version of yourself and to empower you to unlock your fullest potential. Join me on a transformative journey of movement and nourishment to enhance both your physical vitality and mental resilience.
